Hey everyone!

Today is Bunsen’s Birthday! Thank you to everyone who interacted with the posts on social media. It’s really touching to see the well wishes come in for our wonderful dog.

I wrote a story about Bunsen and put it on Twitter late last night, talking about how much Bunsen healed our family after the death of our golden six years ago. As a bonus for subscribing to our newsletter - here is an audio version. Yep. I cried a bunch of times recording it.

It’s hard to believe so many years have gone by so quickly. We are just so fortunate to have the big guy in our family.

Ok. Family stuff. Kris and I were asked to go to a small Comic Con as guests to interact with the kids and families and though we have been so busy, we went and had a great time. The Olds mini-con asked me last year and I went to support the start up and this year it was easily twice as well attended which is very awesome to see. The Calgary Expo started with only a couple hundred people and now it is the third largest fair in Canada!

If you have been tuning into Pet Chat or The Science Pawdcast, we have had a bunch of stories about how much Beaker is enjoying swimming and it is just joyous to she her go after sticks in our creek. She has so much fun and has ZERO regrets for how dirty she gets

We are having a fun birthday party tonight with The Paw Pack with singing and pupcakes and sharing Bunsen stories on our livestream there, so I’m looking forward to that.

If everything goes to plan, by next weekend we will be launching the pre-sale for The Ginger Stuffie!!! We are super excited to finally get it started as the lead time on our stuffies is a bit of a wait. We don’t want to skimp on quality though, each one of the stuffies went through many design revisions!
