Bunsen, Beaker, and Bernoulli

Hi all! We hope you are happy and healthy out there

It has snowed for five days pretty much straight and the land is blanketed with a thick coating of snow, with drifts up to my knees in places.

Winter is here to stay.

But the lead story first.

The CBC has been in talks with us about doing a story about Bunsen for the last month, and the wonderful reporter Nancy Carlson has just been so busy, they haven’t had the time to come out until this week.

We set up a time at 4:00 PM and Nancy and the crew arrived to take some B-roll of us walking with the dogs, and then a full interview in our kitchen (which was a little surreal). Nancy is a HUGE fan of the dogs from social media and all the dogs loved her and her camera guy so much. Bernoulli REALLY loved whatever was in Pete’s camera bag.

It was a wonderful interview - Nancy is a very empathetic person and a great listener (and she asks really good questions) so I feel I got the story out about Bunsen.

We will keep everyone in the loop when it airs - but likely in the next week or so!

Back to the snow! WOW - Bernoulli is loving the snow and is running around with COLD WEATHER BOOST - something that Bunsen gets. With his big broad paws and powerful legs, Bernoulli has a huge advantage running through the snow compared to more slight dogs like Beaker. It was fun to see him FINALLY be able to out run and maneuver some of the other dogs at puppy play which always out deek him. There was no dodging Bernoulli in the snow, he moves with the power of train and the grace of a moose
