Absolutely loved the winter video and your descriptions of how Bunsen enjoys it all so much. I do hope there's a bit of snow left for him to play in when he's fit to go again. Wishing you all love and blessings at Easter, thank you for sharing your beautiful pets with us all.
Thank you for the kind comment Sarah! Every week I'm turning one of our long tweets or super tweets into a video with my voiceover. I appreciate the feedback as they are a lot of work - but they seem to bring people joy!
the market is only here on Sundays and all the best plants go very very fast, so I make a point of being there at the very start, often while Chris is still unloading his truck! I'm not much of a garden design planner. I wing it. My NYC garden is 400 sq ft of English-cottage chaos, which looks spontaneous, but is actually a lot of work to maintain. It is my joy to have this in the middle of the city & if I hadn't moved here yrs ago I'd never be able to afford it.
Even though it's chilly and windy here in NYC I went to my farmers market and bought 2 flats of lovely lavender and purple pansies and several violet columbines, cuz you can't have too many of either of those things. First flower-buying trip of the season. Hardly anyone was there. Then I remembered that it's Easter so a lot of people are with family today. My garden is sorta my 'family' so I guess I was, too! xoxo
